Pet Policy
Gables West Ave is happy to accept dogs and cats with a maximum of two pets per apartment. Enjoy the on site dog park and the convenience of several public parks in the neighborhood. Additional pet deposits, pet fees and monthly pet rent are required. Max pet weight per apartment is 35 lbs. and some breed restrictions will apply.
