Pet Policy
Gables 3636 is happy to accept dogs and cats with a maximum of two. There is a 50 pound weight limit for floors 3, 4 and 5. Pets 50-100 pounds are accepted on floor 2 only. A $350 pet fee is required per pet and must be paid in full prior to move-in. Additional Pet Addendum must be signed. Service animals assisting handicapped persons are allowed and no pet fee is required. Breed restrictions apply and are subject to visual inspection.
