Pet Policy
Gables Upper Kirby is a pet friendly community accepting dogs and cats with two pet maximum up to 30 lbs per pet. Pets up to 40 lbs are permitted in first floor apartment homes only. A pet deposit of $500 ($350 non-refundable) will be required for one pet and $600 ($400 non-refundable) for two pets. Additional $15/month pet rent per pet is required. Breed restrictions apply and the community reserves the right to request a pet interview prior to move-in.
