Banyan Grove at Towne Square offers an ideal location that is conveniently located near shopping, recreation, entertainment, restaurants and the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Residents can choose from one, two and three-bedroom floor plans and a long list of amenities including a movie theater, swimming pool, dog park, children's playground, and car-care center. Apartments feature spacious and open floor plans with nine or ten foot ceilings. Bedrooms are large and can accommodate King-size beds. Pet Policy
We are pet friendly and accept dogs and cats. 2 pets maximum, no weight limit. The community features a dog walk area and waste stations. There is also a fenced-in dog park and agility course. A pet fee and monthly pet rent are required.
