Pet Policy
Gables Metropolitan Uptown welcomes dogs and cats. 2 pets maximum allowed, up to 35 pounds each. Pet stations are available throughout the community, and the Bark Park is located just a few minutes away. A non-refundable pet fee, a pet deposit and pet rent is required. Certain breed restrictions do apply.
