Our apartment homes are conveniently located less than one mile from interstate I-95, Route 32 & 175 in beautiful Columbia, Maryland. In addition to offering access to local shopping, entertainment, and all that Columbia has to offer, the community itself has top-notch amenities such as a sparkling pool with a sundeck, 24/7 Starbucks Resident Coffee Lounge with a flat screen TV, car care facility, a large 24/7 hour fitness center and 24/7 maintenance. More importantly, our apartments have all the features that you would like in your new apartment home. For instance, each apartment has full size washers and dryers, wall to wall carpeting, a chef style kitchen with Hotpoint appliances and ceiling fans in selected homes. Our community is pet friendly, so if you have a pet I am sure that they will love their new home. For the high speed internet connection our residents have the option of choosing from Verizon Fios or Comcast.

Pet Policy
Kings Crossing is pet friendly, accepting both dogs and cats. There is a 2 pet maximum per home, 75 lbs. per pet. Dog walk and waste stations are located throughout the community. There is a pet fee of $350 and a monthly pet rent of $45. Breed restrictions apply. Please contact the office for more details.
