Pet Policy
Gables Memorial Hills is a pet friendly community offering a dog run and dedicated grooming area. A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment home, up to 60 pounds each. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 must be paid, per pet, prior to move-in. A refundable pet deposit of $100 must be paid, per pet, prior to move-in. A monthly pet rent fee of $20 (per pet) will be added to the monthly rent.
