Named Merit Award Winner For Best High Rise Apartment By Multifamily Executive and Developer Awards.
Gables Residential is proud to announce that it recently received a Merit Award at the Multifamily Executive and Developer Awards ceremony held in Las Vegas. Presented annually, the MFE Awards recognize the best in multi-family development, construction, marketing and company achievement.
Lynette Hegeman, Vice President of Marketing for Gables Residential accepted the award for Gables Park 17, Project of the Year-High-Rise Apartments. Standing out among many nominees, Park 17 impressed judges with the projects innovation and integration of sustainable living elements in a multifamily dwelling, as well as the extraordinary interior merchandising and unique amenities.
