Our Community sales associates create excitement at the community. They work in a number of positions, but all spend time learning how to perfect the art of marketing, leasing, financial management, and even event hosts. These positions include Community Manager, Leasing Professional, and Assistant Community Manager. In addition, we have Business Managers, Leasing Managers, and Activity Managers at some of our communities.
Our Service associates maintain our properties in a way that ensures residents can enjoy both their home as well as the community amenities. With the motto, “If you can break it, we can fix it,” this dedicated team of professionals knows how to troubleshoot problems and repair them quickly. They are masters at keeping the community look great and running smoothly. Maintenance team positions include Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Grounds Keeper, Make Ready Tech, and Service Technician.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Marketing, and Human Resources, our corporate employees support our operations by providing outrageously great customer service to our employees and vendors. They are also incredibly gifted in their individual fields and committed to best practices.
Our Investments and Development team is behind all of our fabulous new communities. They find the location, develop the community, obtain all of the permits, and manage the construction of the project. This gifted team has won numerous design awards and not just because they know how to design and build pretty buildings. They also know how to do it in an environmentally friendly way as well.

Gables Urban is a division of Gables Residential which specializes in creating successful mixed-use destinations inspired by urban centers around the country. Focused on in-town developments, Gables Urban capabilities include development, marketing, retail leasing and property management. Gables Urban portfolio includes many projects in Texas including Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin and Houston.
