How Our Associates Create the Gables Difference.

I started back in April of 2003 after I saw an ad in newspaper and applied and interviewed with Gables. I began as a Leasing Professional at The Hamptons. My experience was a lot of fun in a great atmosphere. The rest of the staff was very helpful to me since it was my first time leasing, especially the manager, who was great. After six months I was promoted to Assistant Manager at the same property. It was a lot more administrative work and paperwork, and gave me the chance to work with the Community Manager more directly which made me able to learn more about her job. I left Gables in 2004 when the property was sold and I stayed with the property. In 2007 the Assistant Manager that trained me at the Hamptons called me and told me about an opening with Gables as a Community Manager at Town Place. I was interviewed and hired. Coming back to Gables was the greatest thing ever. I was really happy that they kept me in mind and I had the opportunity to come back. It was a great feeling that they were open to having me back.
